Position Summary
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Officer to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing supplier accounts, ensuring timely invoice processing and payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the accounting department in day-to-day operations.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Accounts Payable
- Process and record supplier invoices accurately and on time.
- Prepare and process supplier payments.
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate accounts payable records.
- Monitor outstanding balances and payment schedules.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial procedures and approval processes.
- General Accounting Support
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare accounts payable reconciliations and supporting schedules.
- Support the Finance Manager with daily accounting operations.
- Maintain organized financial documentation and records.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Work History
- Accounts Payable or General Accounting for 2 years as a minimum
General & Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, Odoo, or similar).
- Good command of English. Khmer is required; French is an advantage.
Soft Skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
