Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data Hatch collects when you use this site. Hatch has no seeker accounts in v1 β there is nothing to sign up for.
What we collect
Very little. A cookie that remembers your language and theme preference. When you report a listing or click through to apply, we store a one-way salted hash of your IP address β it cannot be reversed into the address itself and is used only for abuse prevention and aggregate statistics. We do not collect names, emails, resumes, or any other personal data: Hatch has no job-seeker accounts. Standard technical server logs are kept for a short period for security and debugging.
Analytics
We count anonymized click-out events β which listing was opened and which source it leads to β to understand whether search results actually help people reach an application page. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking, and we never sell any data.
