• Shape LEGO’s Social Responsibility strategy across APAC & China
• Lead community engagement, partnerships and regional programmes
• Work with NGOs, governments, academia and social enterprises
• Turn social impact initiatives into measurable business value
• Spot emerging social trends and opportunities across Asia
• Lead governance, budgets, impact measurement and resource allocation
• Coach and develop a high-performing regional team
• Represent LEGO externally as a regional Social Responsibility leader 🌏

🎯 WHAT THEY’RE LOOKING FOR

• Senior leadership experience in Social Responsibility, Sustainability, Corporate Affairs, Public Affairs or related fields
• Strong experience managing multi-market portfolios across Asia
• Deep understanding of China and the wider APAC region
• Proven experience influencing senior business leaders
• Strong commercial, strategic and stakeholder management skills
• Experience building partnerships across government, NGOs and the private sector
• Comfortable leading distributed teams and travelling regionally
