Marketing & Content Creator

Job Description

● Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms
● Take photos and short videos during classes, school events, and activities
● Edit videos, Reels, and short-form content (using tools like CapCut, Lightroom, or Adobe software)
● Understand basic digital camera settings and manage your own photo/video editing workflow
● Know how to support and monitor basic social media ads (FB/IG ads, TikTok ads) and promotional
campaigns
● Follow social media trends and suggest new creative content ideas
● Help prepare simple marketing materials, posters, and write engaging captions in Khmer and English
● Work closely with design, customer service, and teaching teams to collect content
● Help manage the content calendar and ensure posts are published on time
● Monitor basic social media performance and suggest improvements
● Be comfortable appearing in videos or supporting video shoots when needed

Job Requirements

● At least 1–2 years of hands-on experience in marketing, content creation, social media, or a related
field
● Strong photo & video editing skills (CapCut, Lightroom, Adobe software, etc.)
● Solid understanding of digital camera settings and editing workflows
● Familiarity with digital ad platforms (FB/IG ads, TikTok ads)
● Ability to write simple and engaging captions in Khmer and English
● Very good English communication skills (written and spoken) across teams
● Good communication skills and strong ability to work well in a team
● Creative mindset, proactive, and comfortable sharing new content ideas
● Comfortable and energetic working around children, families, and school events
