Position Summary
Reporting Line: Membership Services Executive
The Junior Membership Services Executive (JMSE) provides essential operational and administrative support within CAMFEBA’s Membership Services Department. Reporting directly to the Membership Services Executive, the JMSE plays an active entry-level role in promoting CAMFEBA membership, assisting in resource mobilization (sponsorships and advertisements), processing member applications, and supporting company outreach visits.
This position requires strong attention to detail, proactive teamwork, and excellent organization to ensure accurate data management, smooth event logistics, and professional communication with prospective and existing member businesses.
Under the supervision and monitoring of Department Head, Junior Membership Services Executive is responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties and responsibilities:
Duties & Responsibilities
- Business Development & Resource Mobilization Support:
- Support the membership team in promoting CAMFEBA membership packages and raising non-dues revenue through sponsorship and advertising opportunities.
- Assist in collecting and analyzing data for Client Need Assessments (CNA) to identify member expectations and service gaps.
- Develop structured weekly work plans and monthly performance reports for supervisory review.
- Sales Promotion, Member Engagement & Field Outreach:
- Accompany senior membership staff on client visits, meetings, and promotional calls with potential and existing member companies.
- Assist in welcoming, engaging, and following up with call-in and walk-in prospective members.
- Conduct routine follow-up communications and field visits to target businesses as directed by the team lead.
- Uphold high ethical standards and conduct all member-facing activities in strict accordance with CAMFEBA’s Code of Conduct.
- Administrative Coordination & Event/Training Logistics Support:
- Process new membership applications, verify documentation, and maintain accurate membership data entries in the CRM system.
- Take and prepare detailed minutes during departmental meetings and action-item reviews.
- Manage, track, and maintain inventory for promotional materials, corporate collateral, and marketing toolkits, producing monthly inventory reports.
- Provide logistical and administrative support during CAMFEBA events, training seminars, and networking sessions.
- Perform other related administrative duties and tasks as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Undergraduate Diploma
General & Technical Skills
- Prior experience (including internships or entry-level roles) in sales, marketing, customer service, corporate outreach, or administrative coordination is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and professional email communication.
- Basic understanding of market research, client record management, and inventory tracking.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain accuracy, handle data entry diligently, and complete assignments within established deadlines.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Khmer.
