Customer Service Executive

Description

. Handle customer inquiries through phone, Messenger, Viber, email, and other channels.
• Monitor shipment status and provide customers with delivery updates.
• Handle customer complaints regarding delayed, lost, damaged, or incorrectly delivered parcels.
• Coordinate with Operations, Riders/Drivers, Sales, and other departments to resolve customer issues.
• Handle COD and payment-related inquiries and coordinate with Finance when required.
• Record and follow up on customer complaints and claims until resolution.
• Prepare basic daily/weekly customer service reports.
• Maintain good customer relationships and support customer satisfaction.
• Achieve assigned Customer Service KPIs.
• Perform other duties assigned by Supervisor/Management.

Requirements

. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service, Logistics, Courier, E-commerce, or related fields is preferred.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of Myanmar language; basic English is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Customer-oriented, responsible, patient, and able to work under pressure.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in parcel tracking, COD, or complaint handling is an advantage.
• Age: 20–35 years old.
