Data Scientist

Responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced machine learning and Al models to solve business challenges.
• Develop predictive analytics solutions for customer behavior, credit scoring, and fraud detection.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform data into actionable insights.
• Build and maintain data pipelines and analytical models using on-premise infrastructure.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and security in all analytical processes.
• Communicate results and insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in data science, Al/ML, or related fields.
• Strong experience with Python, R, Oracle, and SQL.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, data visualization, and statistical analysis.
• Familiarity with on-premise environments and big data frameworks (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
