Position Summary

Dept: FAM

Report to (direct): Senior AR

Location: KohPich

Duties & Responsibilities

• Issue invoice to customers using the correct price list
• Review customers’ aging on a regular basis
• Prepare customer statement
• Call in follow up payment and improving customer relations
• Prepare and arrange cash/chque deposits to bank on daily basis
• Cheque/Cash collection report and posting daily bank transfers in accounting system
• Identify issues attributing to account delinquency and discuss with senior AR
• Prepare banks reconciliation
• Other tasks assigned by Senior AR/ FM

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field

Work History

• Accounting, preferably in automotive, spare parts, or FMCG trading for 1 year

General & Technical Skills

• Proficient in ERP systems (Odoo system is plus).
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Sumif, Sumifs,…).

Soft Skills

• Good communication/Negotiation and Problem-solving skill
