The position is for General English Program (SC-GEP)

School Coordinator-General English Program (SC-GEP) shall implement academic program and school operations activities business objectives of NTC Group and its campus.

• Bachelor's Degree in TESOL or Education Leadership and Management

Work History

• GEP academic programs for 2 years as a minimum

General & Technical Skills

• Good English proficiency, proven by at least TOEFL.
• Good knowledge of teaching and learning assessment.
• Working knowledge of teacher training methodology.
• Working knowledge of MS Office skills on Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Soft Skills

• Good negotiation and influencing skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstration of ability to work on multi tasks to meet the deadlines and under pressure.
