Compliance Manager

Job Description

ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and controls.
• Monitor compliance across gold trading, wholesale, retail, cash handling, and customer transactions.
• Identify, assess, and report compliance risks and violations.
• Conduct compliance reviews and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain proper documentation and compliance records.
• Provide compliance training and guidance to employees.
• Liaise with management, auditors, regulators, and relevant authorities when required.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business, Compliance, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant compliance, risk, legal, banking, financial services, or trading experience.
• Strong knowledge of AML/KYC, regulatory compliance, and internal controls.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• High integrity, independence, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
• Experience in gold, jewelry, banking, financial services, or commodities is highly preferred.
