Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable and engaging IT support by managing Help Desk requests, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and enforcing effective procedures.

• Type: Contract
• Duration: 6 months
• Location: Phnom Penh [On-site]

*** Key Responsibilities

• Handle Help Desk calls and emails, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.
• Develop and enforce request handling and escalation procedures.
• Troubleshoot desktops, install and upgrade software and hardware, back up files, and configure systems.
• Test solutions to confirm issues are resolved.
• Use online resources, drivers, updates, and knowledge bases to resolve technical issues.
• Recommend system changes based on support request trends.
• Other duties may be assigned

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in IT support
• Be able work under pressure
• Be Flexible and fast leaner
