Position Summary

The Medical & Lab Equipment Officer will support the selection, installation, demonstration, and operation of medical and laboratory equipment, while providing user training, technical assistance, and after-sales support to customers.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Coordinate with suppliers on medical and laboratory equipment requirements.
• Prepare product specifications, quotations, and technical documents.
• Support equipment installation, testing, and commissioning at customer sites.
• Conduct equipment demonstrations and provide basic user training.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and after-sales services.
• Communicate with customers to understand equipment needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Review product manuals, catalogs, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with suppliers for technical issues, spare parts, and warranty services.
• Conduct site visits and support equipment projects in different provinces when required.
• Maintain records of installations, customer support, and equipment service activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Engineering, Biotechnology or equivalent

General & Technical Skills

• Recent graduates are welcome to apply.
• Familiar with the computer use (Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Optional: Canva, Google Docs).
• Language: Proficiency in Khmer and English

Soft Skills

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a multicultural and scientific environment.
