Position Summary

You’re in charge of making communication materials appealing, easily digestible, and immediately recognizable. That’s your simple mission.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Value-generating things you’ll do:
• Receive concept briefing, note, and working texts to analyze and draft design sutiable for the particular target audience of the concept.
• Follow monthly plan shared by supervisor to produce designs.
• Produce designs based on brand guidelines but bring out originality and creativity.
• Work closely with supervisor to exchange ideas and clarify concept doubts to produce designs in the right direction.
• Edit and rework on designs to improve reception if any output is not approved.
• Support team in video shooting and light post-production editing.
• Participate in company-designated events or training sessions to exchange practical and strategic ideas or observations.
• More specific duties dependent on discovery of your potentials and skillsets during the interview.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree

General & Technical Skills

• Proven experience in creative graphic design, primarily in the service industry.
• Portfolio of designs from previous and current jobs or commissioned works.
• Familarity with light video editing

Soft Skills

• Ability to streamline work in a flexible schedule to produce desired outputs on time.
• Ability to accept feedback and improve works without becoming emotionally compromised.
• Ability to research new tools to accelerate design process and adapt to new practices.
• Desire to continuously learn and improve oneself.
• Positive amicable personalities and moral work ethics.
