Technical Skills
·   Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Full-Stack Web Development.
·   Strong knowledge and practical experience with ReactJS.
·   Strong knowledge and practical experience with Node.js.
·   Good experience with MySQL database design and management.
·   Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs.
·   Good understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
·   Knowledge of authentication and authorization, including JWT and role-based access control.
·   Experience with Git and version control systems.
·   Understanding of responsive web design and application performance optimization.
·   Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems independently.

Job Requirements

General Qualifications
·   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
·   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
·   Good communication and teamwork skills.
·   Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
·   Able to work independently and meet project deadlines.
·   Willingness to learn new technologies and improve technical skills.
Preferred Skills (Added Advantages)
·   Experience developing Logistics Management Systems, Transportation Management Systems (TMS), or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
·   Understanding of shipping, freight forwarding, courier, and delivery operations.
·   Experience with GPS tracking, Google Maps API, or route management.
·   Experience integrating payment gateways, SMS, email, and notification services.
·   Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD, Linux server administration, or cloud deployment.
·   Experience with WebSocket or Socket.IO for real-time updates.
·   Knowledge of report generation and data visualization.
