Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• CPA/ACCA/CMA or equivalent professional qualification is highly preferred.
• Minimum 7-10 years of relevant Finance & Accounting experience, preferably with
• Group/Multibusiness companies.
• Minimum 3-5 years in a Finance Manager / Senior Finance/equivalent management position.
• Strong experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management and financial analysis.
• Experience in consolidated financial statements and multi-company accounting is preferred.
• Strong Excel and accounting/ERP system knowledge.

Job Descriptions

• Lead and oversee Group Finance & Accounting operations.
• Prepare and consolidate monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
• Monitor actual vs. budget performance and provide variance analysis.
• Establish and strengthen financial policies, procedures and internal controls.
• Monitor business-unit profitability and financial performance.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to CEO/CFO/BOD.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.
• Work closely with banks, auditors, tax advisors and other financial institutions.
• Lead, coach and develop Finance & Accounting teams across the Group.
• Identify financial risks, cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.

Working Hour : 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Holiday : Sunday & Public Holidays
