Job description

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG, hospitality, beverages, or event services.
  • Strong understanding of event operations, wedding industry, and hospitality sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, coordination, and teamwork skills across departments.
  • Ability to lead a team and work in a fast-paced, field-focused environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good command of Khmer and English (both spoken and written).
  • Manage and expand sales within event-related venues such as:

o Wedding venues and banquet halls
o Function and conference venues
o Hotels and restaurants hosting events
o Party organizers and event management companies

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with venue owners, managers, and event planners.
  • Identify new venue partners and onboard them into the sales ecosystem.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets from the event venue channel.
  • Develop tailored sales strategies, promotions, and packages for weddings, parties, and corporate functions.
  • Conduct regular field visits to ensure visibility, product availability, and execution of agreements.
  • Collaborate with event planners, wedding organizers, and cateringteams to secure product usage at events.
  • Support venue partners with marketing materials, tasting sessions, and promotional activities.
  • Work closely with internal Trade Marketing for activations and event-related branding.
  • Lead and guide corporate sales representatives in managing venue accounts.
  • Provide coaching on negotiation, client handling, and sales pitch development.
  • Ensure effective route planning and field execution by team members.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, new partnerships, and pipeline opportunities.
  • Ensure all agreements, documentation, and pricing are managed accurately.
  • Analyze event trends, seasonal demand, and consumer behavior within the wedding & events industry.
