Job Description
I. PURPOSE STATEMENT:
The HR Manager will lead all human resources functions for the organization, overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This role focuses heavily on Talent Management and HR Compliance, requiring a balance of strategic planning, hands-on execution, and strong leadership to align all HR practices with core company objectives.

Direct reports : HR Officer, HR Assistant
III. KEY RESPONSIBILITES
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees
- Partner with department heads to forecast staffing needs and manage headcount planning
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances
- Design and run employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, events, and feedback channels
- Oversee the performance review cycle, including goal-setting, mid-year check-ins, and annual reviews
- Manage payroll coordination, salary structures, and compensation benchmarking
- Administer employee benefits, including insurance, leave policies, and bonuses, and ensure pay equity
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and the employee handbook
- Ensure compliance with local labor law, work permits, and statutory requirements
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs, and support career development and succession planning
- Prepare HR reports and metrics, such as turnover, headcount, and hiring costs, for leadership
- Manage the HR team and oversee day-to-day HR administration and budget
Job Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Experience managing HR for a company of comparable size (80–150 employees) is highly desirable.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of local labor law, with excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficient in HR software/HRIS and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; data-driven and detail-oriented.
