Manager, Finance Operations

1. Education:

o Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or other related fields
o CPA or CMA certification is a plus.

1. Experiences:

o At least 2 - 4 years of experiences in master data management, contract management and related field.
o Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory roles.

o Proficiency in data management tools

o Good verbal and written communication
o Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate the collaboration across diverse team and all functions.
o Ability to adopt to changing business needs and priorities, demonstrating flexibility in managing multiple tasks.
o Proven leadership skills, with ability to motivate and manage and manage a team effectively.

1. Oversee and manage Accounts Payable (AP) processes to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant payments.
2. Manage Fixed Asset accounting, including capitalization, depreciation, and disposal in accordance with accounting policies.
3. Monitor and control Inventory transactions, reconciliation, valuation, and reporting to ensure accuracy and reliability.
4. Develop and implement internal controls and process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and data integrity.
5. Coordinate month-end and year-end closing activities related to AP, fixed assets, and inventory.
6. Collaborate with Procurement, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure proper alignment of financial procedures with business activities.
7. Prepare and review financial reports to support management decision-making and operational planning.
8. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and audit requirements.
