Job Requirements

•  BE(Mechanical).
• Must be between 35 and 45 years old.
• Minimum 5 years of automotive after sales/service experience, including minimum 3 years in a managerial/supervisory role.
• Proven experience in Service Center / Workshop setup and management.
• Good knowledge of workshop operations, spare parts and warehouse management.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving and team management skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office / Excel and service management systems.
• EV/Hybrid experience is an advantage.

Job Descriptions

•  Implement the Aftersales Department, including organization structure, manpower, SOPs, workflow and service standards.
• Manage overall Service Center / Workshop operations and ensure quality and timely vehicle delivery.
• Lead the customer service process from vehicle reception to final delivery.
• Handle customer complaints and escalated service issues to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
• Lead and develop Service Advisors, Technicians and Aftersales staff.
• Coordinate Spare Parts & Warehouse operations, including stock availability and inventory control.
• Monitor service revenue, productivity, turnaround time, customer satisfaction and other Aftersales KPIs.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance and other departments for smooth operations.
• Monitor service revenue, costs, profitability and overall departmental performance.
• Prepare regular Aftersales performance reports and recommend improvement actions.
• Develop staff training plans and conduct performance evaluations.
• Continuously improve service processes, customer experience and aftersales business performance.
• Prepare service performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Holidays: One Day Per Week
