- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field.
- 2-3 years’ experience in conducting the training with different topics.
- Proven experience as a corporate trainer, instructional designer, or similar training role.
- Exceptional public speaking, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint) Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and varied teaching methodologies.
- Ability to adjust delivery methods to engage diverse audiences and resolve problems quickly.
- Excellent time management and the ability to manage multiple training sessions simultaneously.
- Conduct the Needs Assessment by communicating with department managers to identify skill gaps and determine specific training needs.
- Develop annual training: Create, update, and tailor effective training programs, and instructional materials.
- Develop the training schedule throughout the year
- Develop the session plan for facilitating the sessions with the various learning styles.
- Conduct the training evaluation to find out the effectiveness of training initiatives and monitor employee progress.
- Manage training budgets, book venues, and maintain accurate attendance and performance records.
- Contact the external training institute the conduct the inside training.
