About us
Muth Communications helps Cambodian workers and families go to work and live in the United States through the EB-3 employment-based visa program. We are looking for an energetic Sales & Marketing Officer to join our Phnom Penh team and help more Cambodians learn about this opportunity.

Main duties

• Promote the company's EB-3 seminars, information sessions and events (online and in person)
• Follow up leads and answer inquiries on Facebook, Telegram and by phone, and guide interested people to register and consult with our team
• Support community outreach, including visits to communities, associations and temples
• Post basic content (photos, announcements, short posts) on the company's Facebook page and Telegram channels
• Record lead information accurately and report follow-up results weekly
• Help prepare seminar materials and support the team on event days

We offer

• Salary: $400-$500 per month
• Commission / bonus: Commission paid for every signed client (details at interview)
• Training on the EB-3 program and on sales skills

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Cambodian national; native-level Khmer (speaking, reading and writing)
• Working English (enough to communicate with the management team and read program materials)
• 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service or a related field
• Confident using Facebook, Telegram, TikTok and other social media
• Own smartphone required; own motorbike is a plus
• Honest, responsible, target-driven and comfortable talking with people every day
• Experience in visa, education or recruitment services is a plus (not required - full EB-3 training provided)
