🔶Job overview & responsibility
Operation Framework Development

• Build and manage the warehouse operating SOPs.
• Build and manage the warehouse operating infrastructure in accordance with the company business goals.
• Build and manage the entire warehouse operation team (Thailand).

Workforce Management

• Design and identify key performance indicators (KPI) to ensure performance trackability of the team.
• Monitor performance of team members.
• Manage, maintain and improve warehouse operating efficiency in accordance with the company’s SLA (Service Level Agreements)
• Manage, maintain and improve warehouse operating efficiency in accordance with key performance indicators (KPI)
• Design and manage team / individual work expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning.
• Design and review compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.

Operational Sustainability Planning and Management

• Accomplishes warehouse operations human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting
• Training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job
• Meets warehouse operations financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
• Develops warehouse design by planning layout, product flow, and product handling systems;
• Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.

Problem Solving

• Handle, designate tasks to attend clients or internal operational inquiry and reporting.
• Solve and troubleshoot operational issues.

Procurement

• Sourcing of packaging materials.
• Sourcing of operations equipment, instruments, machinery etc.

• Able to do more for the team, able to work independently under pressure.
• Start-up mentality and a strong will to succeed.
• At least Bachelor Degree in logistics or e-commerce related field.
• At least 2-3 years experience working in e-marketplaces, e-logistics, or any other e-commerce industries.
• Computer literate. Analytical and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Able to build / maintain / manage a team.
• Detail and deadline oriented.
• Data entry and processing skills.
• Fluent in Thai and conversational-command of English.
