Job description
Workplace Circumstances
- Environment: Office

Duties & Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of HR & Admin policies, Internal Rule and Regulations, procedures and guideline to ensure HR functions are effectively and efficiently managed,
- Manage and oversee recruitment and selection process (posing Job Ads, short-listing, screening candidates, interviewing, selecting, negotiating the offers, hiring) is met the company requirement,
- Manage all legal compliances for human resource requirements (quota, work permit, staff declaration, shop steward, VISA extension…etc.),
- Manage and oversee new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs
- Manage and oversee off-boarding process (exit interview…etc.),
- Manage and oversee company fixed assets record and report to ensure its properly done as required from time to time,
- Manage monthly employees’ payroll,
- Manage and monitor company’s vehicle annual tax and renewal any agreement on time and properly,
- Manage and monitor company internal memo/announcements,
- Provide counseling on policies, discipline and procedures to employees
- Assist in coordination and implementation of annual performance reviews
- Assist management in disciplinary and grievance issues
- Monitor office equipment, inventory supplies; orders replacement supplies as needed
- Assist in managing the general admin tasks and lead the team
- Manage and monitor repair and construction related to company building,
- Organize all company events (parties and annul trip…etc.)
- Other tasks assigned by supervision.

Languages

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a similar skill.
Work History
- At least of work experience in human resource and compliance field for 2 to 3 years
General & Technical Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word & PowerPoint
- Good knowledge of local labor law, local HR practices and repair or construction skill
- Good command of written and spoken English.
Soft Skills
- Highly experienced in employee relations/ solving problem
- Good communication, interpersonal skills and wide understanding on social issued.
- Good at presentation skills and able to work independently.
- Able to pay attention to detail, write clear, concise and objectively based.
- Able to work under pressure to meet deadline.
- Abilities to perform the role and mission travel when required.
