🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Keeping personnel records & ensuring all staff submit all the required documents for filing and making a list of employer background
- Knowledge of document preparation and filing
- Knowledge of labour law and immigration law
- Ensure all foreign staff have their updated visa and work permit
- Ensure all local staff have a workbook and health check-up
- Ensure all employees’ information is updated
- Ensure all leave applications are filled out and updated properly
- Staff movement (exit staff and enter the company staff)
- Working with the Ministry of Labor and the Immigration Office
- Check staff attendance and filing every month
- Keep track of staff annual leave, sick leave, compensatory leave, and file all leave applications
- Work with the academic team to plan staff recruitment for every upcoming semester and post the recruitment online
- Prepare staff contracts
- Work closely with the Finance department
- Honesty & good in keep confidential of the company
- Other jobs assigned by the line manager
Job Requirements
📝 What We’re Looking For
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or Administration.
- Experience: 1–2 years of HR/Admin experience. Relevant internship experience if you are a fresh graduate*.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, CamHR, CamboJob, BongThom). Knowledge of the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training’s management systems (LACMS, FWCMS, SICMS) and basic Cambodian labor law.
- Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and people skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with staff and stakeholders. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Languages: English & Khmer to ensure effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Confidentiality: Strong ability to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive HR information.
- Nice to have: Basic design skills for recruitment posters on Canva.
