Position Summary

HRCC (Happy Return Center of Cambodia) is inviting instructors in related fields to enhance the employment or entrepreneurship capabilities of migrant workers.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide consultation on curriculum development and training program design.
• Support educational planning and training operations.
• Participate in meetings related to training and project implementation.
• Contribute to project monitoring and evaluation activities when required.
• Deliver special lectures, workshops, and training sessions.

Languages

• Khmer - Fluent
• English - Fluent
• Korean is preferred

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field

Work History

• Practical Entrepreneurship for 5 years as a minimum

General & Technical Skills

• Catchphrase: Help turn ideas into reality. Guide them through the first steps of a successful startup.
• Core Lecture Content: Basics of writing business plans, commercial area analysis, initial capital setup, and risk management.
• Ideal Candidates: Startup founders, small business consultants, startup incubation managers, Entrepreneurs,, Business model experts, Investment attraction experts, and, Small business market analysis experts
• Excellent communication skills in Khmer and English (Korean is a plus)
