Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accoun8ng, Finance, Business Administration or related field; CPA, ACCA, CMA or equivalent preferred.
  • 15+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience, including senior finance or Financial Controller experience.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, cash flow and internal controls.
  • Experience in agriculture, agribusiness, food production, FMCG, manufacturing or trading is preferred.
  • Strong ERP/accounting system and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with high integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.

Job Description

  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting.
  • Oversee accounting records, GL, reconciliations, accruals, provisions, fixed assets and costing.
  • Lead annual budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
  • Monitor operational costs, product profitability, wastage and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, AR, AP, and banking activities.
  • Develop financial policies, internal controls, compliance, and audit processes.
  • Oversee financial controls for farming, processing, packing, inventory, and logistics.
  • Provide management with financial reports, KPIs, analysis and business insights.
  • Lead, coach and develop the Finance and Accountants team.

Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
