Job description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Support management reporting
- Prepare financial data for monthly management reporting.
- Compile financial results and supporting information
- Perform basic variance analysis.
Support budgeting and forecasting
- Support preparation of annual budgets and monthly forecasts.
- Collect budget assumptions from relevant stakeholders.
- Compare actual results against budget and highlight variances.
Monitor financial performance
- Extract, validate and reconcile financial data.
- Perform basic financial analysis.
- Identify unusual movements and data inconsistencies.
Support ad-hoc analysis
- Support manager in business analysis.
- Prepare financial information for business cases.
- Support ad-hoc management request.
Process Improvement
- Maintain standardized FP&A templates.
- Support automation and reporting improvements.
- Document reporting processes and assumptions
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional qualifications (ACCA, CPA, CMA, CFA, etc.) are an advantage.
- 2-4 years of experience in FP&A, Financial Analysis, Accounting, or related finance roles.
- Experience preparing financial reports and supporting schedules.
- Experience supporting budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Experience in financial data reconciliation and validation.
- Experience using Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
