Job Description:

• Job Location: Pune
• Qualification: Bcom, BBA (Only these graduates are eligible for Interview)/ No Btech / BE / any
• Postgraduates are allowed for this current hiring.
• Shifts: Flexible with all shift timings 24*7
• Experience: Fresher candidate only (0 months)
• Role: Data (Non Voice)
• Designation: Process Trainee / Executive
• Notice Period: Immediate joiners only
• Domain Knowledge: Mortgage / Insurance / S&F / Banking

Skills:

• Basic Computer Knowledge
• Good to have MS Office knowledge
• Good communication Skills (Verbal & Written).
• Should be self-motivated and a good initiative taker.
• Ability to quickly and efficiently assimilate process knowledge
• Effective probing & analyzing skills and capable of doing a multi-tasking of voice & data entry
• Knowledge on Mortgage & Insurane process is plus.

Documents to Carry:

• Please carry 2 set of updated CV (Hard Copy).
• Please carry Face Mask**.
• Mandatory to Carry Identity proof (PAN Card/Aadhar Card).

Interview Information:

• Interview Date: 5th Nov26 – Thursday
• Reporting Time: 10:00 AM till 12:00 PM
• Round 1- Aptitude Assessment (10:30 AM to 12:00 PM)
• Round 2- HR & Ops Screening Face to Face interview (12:00 PM to 02:00 PM)
• Note -Post 12:00 PM (entry not allowed)
• Drive is only for – Graduation passout in the year of 2025/2026 (All semester result should be declared)

Important Note:

• Candidates Needs to bring Pan card without fail for Assessment.
• Talents should have graduation completion certificate and mark sheets for onboarding (all semester result should be declared).
• This is for Non Technical role (Data Process)- Banking, Health Insurance, Mortgage
• Candidate should be flexible to work in 24*7 environments, comfortable to work in night shifts
• Candidate needs to have 15 years of full-time education completed
• Should be comfortable working from office ( 5 days in a week)
