Job Description (JD)

• Daily Shoots: Capture high-quality images of daily new arrivals and existing men’s fashion apparel to maintain a fresh visual inventory.
• Versatile Photography: Execute a variety of shooting styles, including indoor studio setups, outdoor lifestyle shots, product-only (flat lays, mannequin), and live model photography.
• Post-Production: Edit, retouch, and color-grade photos promptly using Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom to ensure a premium, trendy aesthetic suitable for youth fashion.
• Channel Management: Directly upload, organize, and publish the finalized photos and visual content across the brand’s digital channels (including TikTok, Telegram, Viber, and Facebook) according to the daily posting schedule.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams across branches to align visual content with ongoing promotions, seasonal campaigns, and brand guidelines.
• Equipment Maintenance: Manage, organize, and safely maintain all photography equipment, lighting setups, and studio props.

 Job Requriements

Education & Training:

• Diploma, certification, or relevant training in Photography, Visual Arts, or Media is preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of professional experience in commercial, e-commerce, or fashion retail photography.

Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in operating DSLR/Mirrorless cameras and studio lighting equipment.Advanced skills in photo editing and graphic design software, specifically Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.Familiarity with optimizing image aspect ratios and visual trends for social media platforms (especially TikTok and mobile channels).

Soft Skills & Attributes:

• Strong creative vision with a keen eye for men’s fashion, styling, and detail.Excellent time management skills to handle fast-paced daily shooting and uploading deadlines.Ability to direct and pose models effectively during both indoor and outdoor shoots.Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently.

Portfolio Requirement:

• Applicants must submit a portfolio demonstrating previous work in product photography, model shoots, and indoor/outdoor lifestyle setups.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Holidays: One day per week
