Graphic Design Officer

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Design promotional materials, including product labels, brochures, leaflets, posters, banners, and standees field promotion materials (roll-up banners, booth visuals, farmer

education charts).

• Support marketing and promotion campaigns: New product launches. Agricultural exhibitions, field days, and seminars.
• Work closely with marketing, sales, and promotion teams to understand product positioning and promotion objectives.
• Ensure all designs follow company brand guidelines and regulatory requirements for agricultural products.
• Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with printing suppliers.
• Assist in basic digital content design (social media posts, simple videos, and presentation slides).
• Update and manage the company’s design assets and templates.
• Provide on-site design or visual support during major promotion events when required.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of design experience (experience in FMCG, agriculture, or promotion-related industries is an advantage)
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Strong understanding of practical marketing and promotion needs
• Able to work under tight timelines and handle multiple tasks
• Good communication skills and teamwork mindset
• Willingness to learn agricultural products and farming-related content.
