Job description
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of accounting experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of Cambodian tax and accounting requirements is an advantage.
- Experience in payroll, AP, AR, bank reconciliation, and month-end closing.
- Good English communication skills are preferred.
Working Day: Monday to Friday 8.00Am to 6.00Pm, Saturday: 8.00am to 12.00Pm

- Supervise and review daily accounting transactions and records.
- Ensure accurate recording of revenue, expenses, receivables, payables, and other financial
transactions.
- Review invoices, payment requests, receipts, journals, and supporting documents.
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of accounting documents.
- Monitor cash and bank transactions and perform regular reconciliations.
- repare and review monthly financial reports and accounting schedules.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
- Prepare financial information and reports for management review.
- Ensure accounting reports are accurate and submitted on time.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
- Assist in preparing tax reports and supporting documents.
- Implement and monitor accounting procedures and internal controls.
- Identify accounting risks, errors, and unusual transactions.
- Recommend improvements to accounting processes and controls.
- Assign daily tasks and monitor the performance of accounting staff.
- Review team members' work and provide guidance when necessary.
- Train and coach junior accounting staff.
- Support the Accounting Manager in financial planning and analysis.
- Provide accurate accounting information for management decision-making.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis when required.
- Perform other accounting and finance duties assigned by management.
- Ensure proper authorization and segregation of duties within accounting activities.
