Job Requirements

• Any graduate with a Diploma in Sales & Marketing Management.
• Minimum (5) years of proven experience as a Sales & Marketing Manager, specifically within the Trading & Distribution industry or Pharmaceutical Field.
• Skill and Knowledge – Selling skill and advertising skill.
• Other-Must have good communication, relation skill, customer services and negotiation skill.
• Sales Target / prepared way plan / prepared sales contract / terms & condition / commission plan.
• Sales & marketing Budget preparation.
• Customer Care / Complain handling.
• Event Organization / Handle Brand Marketing.

Job Description

• Perform to sales strategy & marketing Strategy.
• Plan and implement for brand – building.
• Able to perform to sales target.
• Negotiating Sales contract, terms and conditions with customers.
• Research market for selling company’s product.
• Draw the marketing plan and take action plan by weekly, monthly / Yearly.
• Good perform in solving customer complaints and negotiation.
• Plan and implement innovative campaigns, organizing customer meets/ events, exhibition, media planning.
• Competitor analysis.
• Find new customer & project for company products and service to set Sales target.

Working Hours: 8:45 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
