Retail Sales Officer

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in furniture, interior design, home improvement, construction materials, or related industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, energetic, and target-oriented personality.

Comfortable working independently and spending significant time outside the showroom.

• Willing and able to travel for customer visits and business development activities.
• Good knowledge of Phnom Penh and surrounding areas is an advantage.
• Having a driving license and own transportation is an advantage.
• Good command of Khmer and English.

• Actively search for and develop new customers and business opportunities outside the showroom.
• Visit potential customers, companies, offices, property developers, hotels, designers, contractors, and other relevant clients.
• Introduce and promote the company's furniture and home products to potential customers.
• Conduct customer visits, product presentations, quotations, and sales negotiations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Follow up on leads, quotations, and customer inquiries to close sales.
• Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
• Identify market trends, customer needs, and potential sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with the showroom, project, logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate records of customer visits, leads, sales activities, and sales results.
• Prepare regular sales activity and performance reports for management.
• Represent the company professionally when meeting customers and business partners.
