Job description
- Bachelor degree of Accounting or related fields,
- Computer literacy: MS Word, MS Excel; and Internet and Email, Quick book
- Good command of English Communication – Speaking and writing,
- Ethical, committed and motivated,
- Honest and trustworthy, polite, friendly and good team work,
- Able to work well in a fast paced environment,
- Highly responsible for work completion with accuracy and within deadline.
- Assist in planning and coordinating inbound and outbound shipments
- Prepare and process shipping documents (Delivery Orders, Packing Lists, Invoices, BL, etc.)
- Coordinate with transporters, freight forwarders, and warehouse staff
- Support inventory control and stock movement reporting
- Assist in customs filing system
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety regulations
- Basic accounting knowledge is an advantage
- Other task required by management
