Job Description

• Finding new business opportunities and managing the full process of new business contracts.
• Planning and organizing training programs for employees in the department.
• Preparing business plans and leading the implementation of sales and service activities.
• Finding potential customers, building a customer database, and introducing the Company's products and services to customers.
• Conducting market research and proposing new products and services to meet market demand.
• Performing other tasks assigned by the Company or the Branch Director.
