Product Manager

Job Description

The Product Manager is responsible for the business success of assigned pharmaceutical products. You will plan strategies, support market access and sales, coordinate with other teams (Medical, Regulatory, Sales, Supply Chain), and ensure all activities follow company and government compliance rules.

Key Responsibilities

• Create product plans and strategies (annual and long-term)
• Track product performance (sales, market share, TRx, etc.) and act to improve results
• Support launches, marketing plans, and promotional/non-promotional activities
• Work with Payers/Market Access teams on pricing and reimbursement support
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver product goals on time
• Ensure all product information and communications are compliant and up to date

Job Requirements

• Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or related field
• Experience in pharmaceutical marketing/product management (e.g., 2+ years)
• Strong data analysis and communication skills
• Ability to work with multiple teams in a regulated environment
