Job description
- 1–3 years of experience as a Chinese Translator or Interpreter (factory experience is preferred).
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and Khmer (English is an advantage).
- Strong oral interpretation and written translation skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Can use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Willing to work in a factory environment.
- Translate oral and written communication between Chinese and Khmer (English is an advantage).
- Interpret during meetings, production discussions, and daily factory operations.
- Translate production reports, SOPs, manuals, and internal documents.
- Support communication between Chinese managers and local employees.
- Assist Chinese engineers and supervisors in coordinating production activities.
- Translate technical terms related to plywood manufacturing and machinery.
- Support HR and Administration with document translation when required.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
