Position Summary
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Reports to: Chief Commercial Officer
Role Purpose:
We're looking for an exceptionally sharp Executive Assistant to work side by side with our Chief Commercial Officer. You'll learn how he thinks, sit in the rooms where decisions happen, and take real weight off his plate across live events, brand partnerships and national campaigns. This isn't a calendar-and-coffee job. It's built for someone with a project manager's instincts who wants to grow with one of Cambodia's most ambitious entertainment companies.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Key Responsibilities:
- Learn the CCO's full workload and keep it organized: priorities, commitments, deadlines and follow-ups across multiple projects
- Join meetings with him, capture decisions and action items, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks
- Prepare briefings and materials for internal, partner and client meetings
- Draft and send communications on his behalf, and keep leadership, creative, marketing and finance teams aligned
- Coordinate his schedule and protect his time, with sound judgment about what matters
- Coordinate with the finance team and help the CCO oversee project budgets: keep budget trackers current, monitor spend against commitments, flag gaps early, and keep stakeholders informed with accurate numbers (training provided)
- Support project coordination across major live and campaign projects, tracking timelines, dependencies and deliverables in Asana
- Spot risks and gaps early, and bring two or three options, not just problems
- Take on the occasional personal-logistics request, such as finding a vendor or arranging a service
- Where this goes:
- You'll begin by learning the CCO's world and keeping it running. As the role evolves, so does the potential for major growth in project leadership.

- Financial literacy: comfortable with budgets, spend tracking and vendor commitments
- Proficiency in Google Workspace; Asana or similar tools (we'll teach you our setup)
- Live music, events or brand-partnership experience; TV or branded-content exposure; regional ASEAN experience; a genuine love of music and pop culture.
Soft Skills
- Comfortable with modern AI tools and AI-assisted ways of working, and quick to read, sort and act on a high volume of written material
- Strong written communication and attention to detail
- Calm under pressure, with absolute discretion on confidential matters
