IT Architecture Analyst

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Document and visualize the existing IT and business architecture of the bank.
• Gather data from IT teams, business units, and documentation
• Create diagrams in approved notations
• Validate diagrams with system owners and update regularly
• Support the Enterprise Architect in defining the future-state architecture aligned with business strategy
• Assist in developing future-state diagrams for business, data, applications, and technology layers
• Support gap analysis between current and target states
• Draft transition roadmaps with milestones and dependencies
• Assist in establishing and maintaining architecture standards, principles, and repository
• Document standards and policies under guidance of Enterprise Architect
• Assist in performing compliance assessments
• Maintain architecture repository and ensure it remains up to date
• Support workshops, collect requirements, and maintain architecture documentation in collaboration tools
• Prepare workshop materials and record minutes
• Collect requirements from business and technical stakeholders
• Maintain and version-control architecture deliverables in central repository
• Research modern architecture practices, tools, and methodologies to improve architecture work
• Research open-source and commercial EA tools
• Monitor industry best practices (TOGAF, Zachman, BIAN, etc.).
• Present findings to architecture team with practical recommendations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Enterprise Architecture frameworks (TOGAF, ArchiMate, Zachman) or(/and) Industry-specific (BIAN) or(/and) modern and lightweight (SAFe, LeanIX, MEGA HOPEX, BizBok, CBP)
• Modeling tools and notations (UML, BPMN, Mermaid, ArchiMate)
• IT infrastructure basics (servers, databases, cloud)
• Banking systems and financial processes (preferred).
• 5+ years in IT, ideally in architecture, business analysis, or system design
• Experience with documentation and diagramming tools (Archi, draw.io, Lucidchart, etc.)
• Exposure to enterprise environments and cross-department collaboration
• Detail-oriented, structured, and analytical
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proactive learner with problem-solving mindset
