Job Requirements

• Any bachelor’s degree holder with a diploma in Human Resources Management.
• Minimum 3 years as HR Generalist, including 1 years’ experience in supervisor level. (Experience working for service industry will be advantage.)
• Must be able to lead HR department independently.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
• Hands-on, proactive, and able to balance strategic and operational HR responsibilities.
• Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Able to work under pressure.

Job Descriptions

• Supervise the full spectrum of HR functions for Upper Myanmar region, including recruitment, onboarding.
• Oversee the full recruitment cycle (job posting, screening, interviewing, hiring).
• Manage performance appraisal systems (delivery efficiency, punctuality, service quality).
• Coordinate with department heads for employee performance management.
• Develop employee engagement and retention programs to reduce staff turnover and build positive organizational culture.
• Provide HR metrics and reports to management for strategic decision-making.
• Identify training needs and support learning and development programs.

Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday(Alternate), Sunday and Public Holidays
