Manager, Enterprise Architecture

Responsibilities

• Prepare clear plan of action to the team and project stakeholder.
• Design and implement technical solutions that address business needs and align with the enterprise’s architecture.
• Evaluate new technologies and assess how they fit into the existing architecture.
• Act as the liaison between business and IT, communicating architectural vision to C-suite executives and ensuring alignment across departments.
• Maintaining the document up to date over time.
• Maintaining the engagement and relationship within in IT Group and Business Department.
• Conduct user acceptance test (UAT) process for new feature development, customization and upgrading.
• Develop and prepare weekly report.
• Develop skill and knowledge of team to ensure that they can work in accordance with their role and responsibility.
• Build good relationship with stakeholder and relevant team.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in field of IT, IT for Business or Finance and Banking or other equivalent fields.
• Leadership and strategic thinking.
• Proficiency in EA frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman).
• Expertise in cloud computing, data management, and emerging technologies like AI and IoT.
• Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts to C-suite and stakeholders.
• Communication, both verbal (e.g., presentations, seminars, etc.) and written (e.g., reports, articles, etc.).
• Group session facilitation.
• Modeling and graphical representations and abstractions. Actual experience developing and building models based on The Enterprise Framework™.
• Management (e.g., prioritization, trade-off analysis, psychology, etc.).
