📌 Key Responsibilities
✅ Manage Facebook Page and website inquiries and respond to customer messages.
✅ Update online content related to elevator products, installations, and 24/7 maintenance services.
✅ Prepare quotations, invoices, maintenance service agreements, and sales reports.
✅ Coordinate with clients, sales executives, and technical engineers.
✅ Join client site visits and support project discussions and contract —coordination.
