Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in telecommunications or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• At least 1 years of experience managing LSP operations and managing FTTH deployment or maintenance
• Proficiency in using fiber testing equipment (e.g., OTDR, fusion splicer).
• Knowledge of neuork design tools for fiber optic networks.
• Strong knowledge of fiber optic networks. FTTH operations, and service restoration processes.
• Abillty to work in the field, sometimes in challenging environments,
• Excellent communication skills for interacting wth clients, contractors, and team members

Job Descriptions

• Conduct site surveys and feasibility assessments for fiber installation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve fiber outages and service disruptions.
• Perform OTDR testing, fusion splicing, and fault identification.
• Maintain accurate fiber installation, testing, and network records.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, safety requirements, and local regulations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure service-level commitments are met.

Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Holidays: Saturday (half), Sunday & Public Holidays
