Accounting Supervisor

Job Description

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the accounting team.
• Review and verify financial transactions, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant accounting standards.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and audit processes.
• Train and mentor junior accounting staff as needed.
• Identify and implement improvements to accounting processes and controls.

Job Requirements

✔️ Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, ACCA, CPA, or related field.
✔️ Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, including managerial or supervisory responsibilities.
✔️ Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, budgeting, internal controls, and audit preparation.
✔️ Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, warehousing, or supply chain industries will be highly preferred.
✔️ Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
✔️ Good command of English.
