• Lead and develop a high-performing Rewards team

🎯 WHAT THEY’RE LOOKING FOR

• Degree in HR, Business, Economics, Finance, Accountancy or related field
• 15+ years of progressive HR experience
• 10+ years of people leadership experience
• Deep expertise in compensation, incentives and performance management
• Experience with executive remuneration and Board-level stakeholders
• Strong financial modelling, analytics and strategic leadership skills
