Position Summary

Reports to: Co-Director

Supervises: MEAL Officers, Data Collection Officers & Volunteers

Field Travel: Approximately 50%

The position is to strengthen our Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability & Learning systems and help turn data into learning, learning into better decisions, and better decisions into transformed lives and thriving communities.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead and strengthen FOH's organizational MEAL/M&E system
• Oversee data collection, analysis, DQAs, evaluations & field verification
• Strengthen community feedback and complaints-response mechanisms
• Facilitate quarterly reflection, learning & program reviews
• Document lessons learned, case studies, success stories & transformation stories
• Strengthen digital data collection using Kobo Toolbox
• Develop Excel dashboards, visual reports & data presentations
• Train, mentor and coach MEAL staff, program teams & field volunteers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in M&E, Statistics, Development Studies, Social Sciences, or a related field

Work History

• Relevant MEAL/M&E experience for 3 years as a minimum

General & Technical Skills

• NGO, development, or Christian organization experience preferred
• Strong skills in Kobo Toolbox, Excel, data management & data visualization
• Strong analytical, communication, reporting and organizational skills

Soft Skills

• Ability to lead, mentor and build team capacity
• Willingness to travel regularly to FOH field locations
• Commitment to Christian values, servant leadership, integrity, accountability and holistic transformation
