✅ Diploma / Any Degree | Freshers & experienced
💰 ₹2.5 LPA + ₹1 LPA variable
📌 Field marketing in apartments, communities, malls and events to generate admission leads +
CRM updates
*2) Business Development Associate (BDA)*
✅ Any Degree | Freshers & experienced
💰 ₹3 LPA + ₹1 LPA variable
📌 Counsel parents, convert leads into admissions, schedule campus visits, maintain CRM
*3) Parent Relationship Manager (PRM)* – Female candidates only
✅ BBA – 2026 & 2027 batches
💰 ₹4 LPA fixed + up to ₹1 LPA incentive = *₹5 LPA CTC*
📌 Manage the complete admission journey for parents + *90-day Leadership Development
Program* (school operations, business development, finance, HR, analytics)
*4) Business Development Manager (BDM)* – MBA Freshers
💰 ₹5 LPA fixed + up to ₹2 LPA incentive = *₹7 LPA CTC*
✅ MBA – Marketing / Sales / Business Management
📌 Drive admissions and revenue, run BTL and field marketing, build local partnerships, lead a
team of 5–10
📍 *Location:* Pan India
️ *Working Days:* 6-day week (Sat & Sun working, weekday off) – for PRO & BDA
