Are you an experienced professional in the Skill Development sector with a passion for leading teams and creating meaningful livelihood opportunities for young people?
Magic Bus India Foundation is looking for a Center Manager – Livelihood (Standard Skilling) to lead the delivery of our Livelihood Programme and drive outcomes for youth.
📍 Location: Mangalore & Mysore
💼 Experience: Minimum 5 years in the Skill Development sector, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
🎓 Qualification: Graduation in any stream
What will you be responsible for?

• Lead and manage the Livelihood Centre and team
• Drive targets across mobilisation, needs assessment, training and placements
• Support and develop frontline teams to deliver quality interventions
• Build relationships with local communities, employers and other stakeholders
• Monitor programme quality, data, MIS and performance indicators
• Identify risks and support youth retention
