Student Service & Administration Manager

Description

Key Responsibilities
.Oversee Day to Day Student Service operations across all campuses.
.Monitor re-enrollment, drop-out, transfer, class expiry, and student affairs.
.Analyze student service/retention data with the Retention & Data Analyst and drive improvement actions.
.Handle escalated student/parent complaints, coordinate with Academic Department and ensure timely resolution.
.Develop and standardize Student Service & Admin SOPs.
.Supervise Admin and Student Service teams, including coaching, performance management, and staff development.
.Oversee campus facilities,teaching material, inventory, procurement, and expense control.
.Coordinate new center setup and campus renovation projects and support offline marketing activities and major events if any.
.Work closely with cross departments and provide related support.
.Prepare monthly operational and admin reports for management.

Requirements

Key Requirements
.2-3 years’ experience in Administration, Operations, Student Service, or Customer Service.
.At least 2 year of team supervision/management experience.
.Multi-campus/branch management experience preferred.
.Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, data analysis, and coordination skills.
.Willing and able to travel to different campuses/regions when required.
.Under 30 years old.
