- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting
- have knowledge on Taxation
- At least 2 or 3 years of experience in banking, microfinance, hire-purchase business or providing financial services
- Strong managerial and leadership skills and strong results orientation
- Strong in interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English communication
- proficiency in Thai communication would be receiving special consideration
